We bought a woodstove from Rich's, and Ignacio was the installer Rich's set us up with. A couple of items he needed for installation were missing, and Ignacio went above and beyond regular "excellent service" to track down the missing items (on Saturday!) and finish installing so we wouldn't have to pay for a second call. I'd highly recommend Ignacio and his company, J&J, if you're looking for someone who's knowledgeable, honest, personable, and efficient to install your woodstove. He did a beautiful job!
