Came home from vacation to find the a/c unit leaking through the pan and into the upstairs ceiling then out the ceiling fan in my sons room. Called American Home Shield and they told us J J s would call us within 24 hours. They did and came at the scheduled time. The technician (Jeremy) was super nice and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem blew out the clogs and that stopped the leak. All the while he was teaching me all about my system. They came back 2 days later to replace the pans and were super clean and prompt and tidy. I would highly recommend them. In fact, I will be using them as my annual service for my units. Also, forgot to mention, this was all when it was 140+ degrees in my attic!

These guys took 2.5 weeks and coming out 3 times to try and fix my AC but never did. They were sent by my warranty company so I did not have a choice. They do not return calls until you have called them at least 3 times and left a messages, thats why we were dealing with them for 2.5 weeks. The last guy that came out became aggressive towards my wife and starting yelling at her because she was asking questions on what was wrong with the AC. WOW angry because they had been out 2 other times and could not fix it, and now they were being questioned. Anyways she sent him away and we are working with a new company now.
