He quoted me $700 over the phone, which I agreed to. He called 1hr later and said the work was done but upon inspection it has not been done yet. He did complete it 2 days later and then charged me $850 instead of the agreed upon $700. I called to point out the error but was told that was the cost. I would not recommend!
