This company is unprofessional and incompetent. Rather than apologize for their bad and incomplete work, they blamed the city. We hired them to get start work on a part of our house that burned down, they completed the plans WITHOUT components of the house! Cathleen, the office manager, told the architect not to contact us at all, and were not at all transparent, as if they were hiding something. We paid close to $8,000 and waited several months for the city to approve WRONG plans! When we told them they were wrong, they kept insisting it was the city's fault. Cathleen is rude and condescending who raises her voice at clients and tells them they are doing them favors and tells clients to "relax, this is how we do things!" We will have to pay someone else to draw up new plans with the correct information, totally unacceptable. Do. not waste your time with this company unless you have money and time to waste. Additionally, they broke their own contract and sent us an email telling us that they were no longer going to pick up the plans from the city, and that we had to pick them up when it was clear in the contract that it was their responsibility to do so.
