Just awful. He committed to doing the construction on my kitchen and the schedule for everything that was ordered, including cabinets, appliances, etc. After everything was ordered, three weeks before everything arrived he said he could not get to the job for 6 months. Total BS move. He does not return phone calls or respond to email. I would never work with this guy unless you want to deal with no shows and no responses. I was stuck scrambling to find a new contractor on very short notice. He was not even apologetic about it.

Jim did a great job renovating my kitchen. Helped with getting us to a great kitchen cabinet dealer, arranged for the granite counter tops to be installed, and handled every detail just as I wanted. We had a small issue with 1 of the cabinets and Jim took care of going back to the cabinet manufacturer and getting it straightened out. Very happy with the results and the price was great as well.
