I have to amend my June 3, 2017 review. On 7/20/17, I called Jack Browning to report that a section of the laundry room baseboard had popped from the wall. I got his voice mail and left a message. When he did not return my call, I called again on 7/27/17. Jack answered and said that he had been on vacation, but he had gotten my message. He said that it was an easy fix and he would be by on Monday, July 31st to put the baseboard back in place. He did not show up on Monday. I called again on 8/7/17 and got his voice mail. I left a message, reminding him that he had promised to stop by and repair the baseboard. Today is 8/13/l7, and I have not heard from him. I am really disappointed that he failed to stand behind his work. I will not be calling Jack Browning again, and I do not recommend him.
