Our house was left in worse condition. Jake made many verbal deals and never gave what he promised. No contract/invoice or receipts. Just low level work that we found him asking for more money from my insurance adjuster. He never finished what he promised, the paint request became a nightmare and what we had approved from HOA was not completed. When the painter came for a paint sample he literally asked us to take a “piece off” our house so we can get the paint confirmation. Who does that? He never came out to double check the final work and left us with many excuses. The posts installed have chunks missing in the wood posts, the glue used to seal was put on sloppy and looks messy and instead of replacing parts and making it look professional he just reused what was there to save a dime. This man needs to lose his license. I’m really really disappointed and could go on with all the unprofessionalism we dealt with.
