Do NOT buy a home from this man! He does not follow thru on making things right. His homes are built very cheap, we have gas and electrical problems as well as shitty painting jobs wrong paint used and I could go on and on. As we speak our neighbor is dealing with septic issues! He will take as much money from you as he can and don’t even bother emailing, calling or texting him, you won’t get an answer. People here in this brand new subdivision are already putting their homes up for sale nd they can’t even get close to the price they originally paid! All in all he’s NOT qualified to build homes!
