Jim rescued a kitchen cabinet paint job gone bad by a previous contractor; he fixed a protruding pipe behind the dishwasher so the d/w could fit properly under the cabinet. He repaired/replaced some wood dry rot exterior pieces. Best of all, he dropped everything and came out to replace an interior door/frame same day so my escrow could close. Thank you Jim for jobs well done!
