James is an excellent plumber and contractor. He and his team came to my house and accessed the problem quickly. The utility companies were out the next day to mark the street and property. The work permit with the city was issued ASAP, the work was started and finished on Thursday. James was very concerned about the safety and welfare of my family and completed the work ASAP. Fair pricing was included.
