91 Shennecossett Pkwy, he is a con artist. He expects money up front to pay for "materials" that he never orders. We took him to court for over thousands of dollars, and he agreed to pay us back through the court. He hasn't paid since the court date and will now be going to jail, as per his probation agreement, if he does not pay. I hope he likes a cell.

He does same with many people!! Lies, excuses, never complete job! One work He is specialist to stole money!!!! We meet with him to build a deck and garage!!! He works ok first days but we ask him about permits only had excuses and excuses!!! Never he didn't complete permits!!! We gave him money to buy materials and days laters the lumber company person came to my house to try get materialssss because Mr Larosa pay it with check without funds!!! Thanks God! I was on my house and a he can't took materials!!!
On Conclusion! We try to contact Mr Larosa and He told us never will be return our money!!! Because he had to invert his money on garage layout that never he showed us!!!
This guy loves STOLE MONEY!!!
We have to contract a another Contractor Person who explain us that the job who made Mr Larosa was a disaster and probably if he will be done job, Our deck will be fall down with 8 o 10 Persons!!???
I guess this guy need a criminal demand!!!! He is literally Master thief -

Absolutely the worst of the worst. I met Jim last fall and decided to hold off till this spring to redo our deck rails. He lied to me and told me he needed cash up front to order my materials from his uncles lumber company. First excuse was that he got sick and couldn’t work for a week, second week was a lie that the lumber yard ordered the wrong size materials. Finally when he did show up he came early afternoon and only stayed a few hours. Never ever completed the job. Refused to return my calls and took my money left my yard and materials and deck a literal disaster and never came to finish the last side. I was so naive and ignorant to trust such a sleaze bag. I am out 1025.00 and now have to throw out all the cut up garbage that he attempted to use to build two sides of railings. I will always do my due diligence and get referrals first off. I was a sucker, I thought because he was a single dad with two small children he could use the cash and I was doing right by hiring him. Boy was I wrong. Please please do not trust this lying thief. I will be attempting to get my money back through small claims court. Beware!!

This person took my money to build a fence. Dug all the holes they took off. I know where he lives and refuses to return my deposit. Avoid this person.

91 Shennecossett Parkway, met with him to sign the contract after speaking on the phone and through Facebook. He is a very nice man who seems to know what he is talking about. Explains everything for the project. So far so good!!!

Started deck, took deposit, and second deposit, lumber company repoed material due to bounced check, another lumber company put lien on the house due to bounced check, no clue when we can afford to fix this mess and now he is MIA. I'm out 16k, suing and pressing charges.
