My experience with this location of Servpro was a nightmare. The estimate they gave more than doubled by time they billed my insurance company. NO ONE made me aware that the invoice was going to change by the amount that it did before the work was completed.My water mitigation was on July 8th. I am still attempting to get an adjustment for the difference in the estimate and the actual bill. If you use this company to clean and inventory your items be aware that their technician might not clean everything or anything. She only cleaned the three items I asked her to play special attention to and threw away everything else without discussing it with me. No one wants to pay for the items that were throw away or the items that were damaged by a chemical that was sprayed not sewage. The manager of this company, Jason does not return phone calls and he "changes the facts" to suit him. I am working with their corporate office to attempt to find resolution due to Jason inability to return a phone call. This is also not going well. I was told the amount I was charged as a home owner was a different price than what they would/did charge once they verified my insurance. Which is odd in a couple of ways ~ one being my insurance company called them to come to my house and I have to wonder if they would have only cleaned my sewer backup half way if I didn't have coverage??? Call someone else before calling this location. And note to the owner if you read this ~ I am sure there are enough details that your manager knows exactly who I am. I am attempting to reach you ~ but you can always call me.
