James decided after an appointment was set to not to show up at scheduled time and didn't call. We made arrangements to take the day off to be there. When he didn't show up at scheduled appointment time, he was called and said he was going to come at a new time. When ask for a firm time, he proceeded to say he wasn't going to come. He is a self serving non-professional who does not deserve to wear the title of plumber or other disciplined trade name.

I would give him 0 stars if possible. Refused to thoroughly investigate a leak, instead choosing to draw a line around the growing water spot and telling us to call him if it got any bigger. In so doing, he helped ensure that a small intermittent leak in an upstairs bathroom turned into a constant leak that spread water damage throughout our entire house. All because, in his own words, he didn't like cutting open drywall!
