    Jim is the best - his work is flawless, exact and - his crew never ever left a mess for me to worry about /clean up! I had the pleasure of being project manager for multiple jobs with Jim in the 17 years I worked in Santa Monica. Everything is clear, up-front and a professional job with this man. He certainly made my life easier anytime we had entire suite build-outs or just carpet and flooring needs. You don't find too many people like that - He is not the cheapest, but the best rarely is.
