    I loved Jane Kim. I would high;y recommend her to your clients. She is smart, professional, budget conscious and organized. She has experience with the nuances of the park avenue coops. I also thought that she was creative and understand our goals. We wanted to create a space that preserved the pre-war elegance but has also had a modern/updated feel.
