If you need quality, fast and efficient service, look for a different company. It
took them close to seven months to complete a new metal roof and gutters on
our single wide mobile home. They had us pick out our colors three different
times and each time we chose the same ones. They told us three different
times the work was completed which they were not even close. They showed
up to install the gutters which were supposed to be brown but he had white. I
happened to be talking to the company at that time and I asked what was the
deal. She said didn't someone call and tell you we can only get white? I told
her you are the one I have been dealing with you should have been the one to
call. So at that point I said install the white but you have to make the trim and
everything match due to the fact you can't get it right. So they installed the
gutters but one side only and no downspouts and then they say the job was
complete. It took them three more months to actually come back and finish up
what should have been done the first time. Plus I have enough drip edge and
rubberized underlayment for almost another whole job. Which between my
insurance company and myself paid for due to their lack of being able to
estimate materials. That or their mark up makes for better profits. When they
finally did finish the job we never heard from them to ask if we felt that it was
now completed. The next call was them asking when were we paying the
balance. They didn't seem too happy when I asked for an invoice and they
even mailed that to the wrong address
