Daniel Weintraub is a fraud. He took a down payment of $ 3,500, started the job a week and a half late, and demanded another $ 1,500 two days after commencement saying he needed the money to pay his workers. We gave him the money. On day 5 of the job, he asked for another $ 2,500 to pay his workers and we refused. His workers walked off the job the next day, and there is no accounting for the $5,000 he took. He kept saying he would come back, and we told him he was not welcome. The little work that was done was utterly shoddy and full of leaks. He has a history of committing fraud. DO NOT ENGAGE HIM AT ALL COST.

He collected $3,500 from me on 7/5/2017 as a down payment to install a new boiler in my home in Valley Stream that we have a contract for. the estimated cost was $8,500. After the check clears he stop answering my calls. Some times I use a different phone number to contact him, he will make another appoint and never show up.I went to the department of consumer affairs in Nassau County to file a complaint. I'm out $3,500. He never did the job and refuse to refund my money.
He's a complete fraud.

$5,000. BEWARE and never call this crook. Daniel Weintraub/ Dan Weintraub has been cheating people for years.
He lures in customers with a cheap estimate, only to trap them and run away with your deposit. He will stop work midway or do such shoddy work that the boiler needs to be redone or repeatedly incurs violations or does not pass regulatory inspection. Then he asks for more money to remediate the job that he destroyed in the first place, or threatens to put a contractor's lien on your property if you do not pay.
BEWARE!
