Potential Buyers please be very cautious when considering anything built by this company. We almost made a huge mistake by investing in a piece of property they had built. We were rushed through the process by the listing agent who is also the wife of the builder. We almost didn't make the deadline of our option period to have it inspected and by the grace of God we did because the issues were endless. We chose to overlook the cosmetic issues with the expectations they would repair them before closing. On the last day of our option period, the sellers said that they would not even consider the repairs if we didn't send them a copy of the appraisal. She literally demanded it. With the many issues with safety the inspection had revealed as well as the insane way they treat buyers we backed out of the deal and lost the appraisal and inspection money. They should be avoided at all cost because the homes they produce are not what they appear to be in their pictures.
