You need to fine someone who holds to his promises that he'll be there when he says, and calls you back. He never calls or answers any of the messages. Promises to start on a certain date, then never shows and never answers. No explanation. He left us in a terrible position, now we have no one to do any work we need done. My husband is a veteran and he has Parkinson's disease. He needs a handicapped bathroom which Jason said he could do back in the beginning of August. He put us off several times, then stopped calling and stopped all contact with no explanation. He's totally unreliable. He knew the condition the place was in and said he could do the job, so we trusted him and never called anyone else. Here we are into September and still have no working bathroom or flooring of any kind. We don't know what to do.
