Horrible builder!!! Doesn’t care about finishing homes or workmanship. I have plenty of pictures to show you. If you have a choice don’t choose this builder.

My review is listed under Sparc on Google Maps. I added plenty of pictures to support my claim (and have a ton more to add).
He needs his license is revoked. More people need to file claims against him and provide pictures, videos, and communication efforts etc..
He does not care about the homes he builds, and cares even less about who purchases them.
