  Yossi and the Jax pro team did a phenomenal job in the renovating completely my 2500 square-foot condo from a complete kitchen remodel to 3 bathrooms,flooring throughout, painting. Yossi was a good resource,prompt, on budget, on schedule which was a must dealing with my HOA and professional. Can’t say enough good compliments. Will definitely use his services again.

  Yossi and the Jax Pro craw have done a tremendous job remodeling my kitchen, master bathroom and all the flooring, he was very knowledgeable and gave good advice and direction to go with it. His crew it was very polite yossi made the project run smooth, I had a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend him to anybody

  General Contractor Remodel / Renovate 3 story 1550 sf Home

  $96,700

  My experience with YOSSI KASLASI dba Jax Pro Construction Inc. was double horrible.

  I am suing YOSSI KASLASI dba Jax Pro Construction Inc. For BREACH of CONTRACT and FRAUDULENT LIEN.

  I paid YOSSI KASLASI dba Jax Pro Construction Inc. $96,700 plus an affiliate Design Company ( not KASLASI’s company)operated by KAMILA MALEWSKSA DBA Level Up Design another $82,776 for services and materials rendered in connection with my job operated by General Contractor, YOSSI KASLASI, dba J ax Pro Construction Inc.License # CGC 152047.

  I fired KASLASI on October 1, 2018.He took no responsibility , only excuses as to why these many problems were everyone else’s mistakes, not his.
  We reminded him that he was the General Contractor and every item on the job was his responsibility.

  I hired a new contractor on October 8,2018 and paid them $81,331.88 ( cost plus basis) to come in and fix “the mess” that YOSSI KASLASI dba Jax Pro Construction Inc would take no responsibility for, and complete the work that was left unfinished from our contract.

  The new contractor did a good job, but,of course , it was a bitter pill to swallow to endure this process.

  I’m glad I have the opportunity to let you know my experience.

  My experience was horrible. I would not have his company even build a doghouse. Plumbers he used put in toilets incorrectly. We have now having to fix these costly issues since water damage destroyed the hardwood. Also painting and tile issues. Anything his crew did with the exception of the installing the hardwood floor was a mess. I expected problems with a large remodel but this was way beyond anything I could of imagined. Please save yourself heartache and money and use another company.

  He has worked twice for me, friendly, polite and with more than competitive bid. He is worth the time to speak with, and definitely go with this contractor for your needs.

  His work is quality and he will go the extra miles to make his customer happy. This man is 5 stars and that's coming from a Construction Inspector (me)
