    Build our Home

    We have been in our New home for approximately 19 months now. My Wife and I were very involved in the building of our 3rd and FINAL house. Beside the typical homeowner maintenance issues that All homeowners endure, we are extremely pleased with the whole building process exuded by Carl and his team at Jay-Ire Properties and We wholeheartedly would recommend His services to anyone interested in building their Dream Home.

    I would not recommend this builder to my worse enemy. After you pay for your home you might as well say bye bye to this builder because he will not be back to do any warranty work on any of his houses and will give you the run around until your warranty 1 Year is up. I have been in my house 2 years and never got all any of the work done. Run run run
