Definitely would not recommend this contractor - look elsewhere. Had gutters installed at the end of 2011. Discovered recently that they were installed incorrectly. Contacted JB to rectify the situation and initially he was very understanding and agreed to come look at the situation. After a month of numerous cancelled meetings times, there is now no call back.
It is too bad this vendor has chosen to treat the customer so poorly and not back-up his workmanship. Avoid this contractor like the plague. If this were something more critical such as windows or siding the customer would be looking at very expensive fixes out of there own pocket.
