    We closed on our house in September of 2015. We have had numerous issues with our house from plumbing, electical, AC, concrete, leaking chimney, etc. The list goes on an on, honestly just poor workmanship all around. You would think for what you pay for these houses you would get quality work. The only thing good about these houses is the neighborhood they are built in. I would not ever again purchase a home from them again. Its not only our house, its people throughout the whole neighborhood that is experiencing issues also. I will invite anyone to come into our house and I'll explain and show the problems we had and the remediation they tried or never did. Please do your homework before you make a decision on buying a new JBL home
