Beare this company, He left his workers and subcontractors on the job and they often seemed to lack experience and showed little attention to detail, resulting in three rough inspections for the building, and two for the electrical work. (The building's rough inspection failed at first because the ceiling insulation was installed upside down.) The final electric inspection failed due to the panel being overcrowded and the rooftop electrical outlet for the HVAC unit being installed in a shoddy and unprofessional manner.
Fire alarm triggered on July 14 - during the rain storm - water leaked from the rooftop to the first floor. His workers didn’t seal the rooftop correctly when connecting electric work - caused water damage and set the alarm off. The fire department came at night and The Fire alarm system damaged. This small apartment job shouldn’t have required 7 months long to complete, not even complete.
