I find you to be a dishonest, untrustworthy businessman. The cosmetic work you did was only to cover up the unprofessional and inadequate work you did in my bathroom. I have tried on numerous occasions in the past 2 years to get you rectify the problem. I have been ill and have not had the energy to hunt you down, now the sub flooring you put down is cracking underneath the tiles. I want to be reimbursed and for the money you charged me and for the money Michaels & Sons charged me.
