I wrote the above review, and have since changed my mind about the quality of work done by Jeff Paulson. Another contractor who has done satisfactory work on my house twice before (but was not available to do siding repair work at the time this was needed) looked at the metal strips above each of the ten windows. All mental strips were installed over the siding and not underneath it. This means since the stripping was not caulked rain will get into it and behind the windows, and must be redone. I will not have Jeff Paulson do any further repairs on my house. His last work of repairing a section of fencing was done incorrectly, in which ten 6' fencing boards were cut to 5' lengths when all fencing on my property is 6' tall.

Since writing the above letter I learned that Jeffrey D. Paulson does not have a valid business license in WA State according to the DOL website. His license expired in July 15, 2015 after he completed a limited 1 week repair project to rebuild major water/rot/moisture ant damage around a large window of my house. Thus, he was neither licensed or bonded during the two subsequent time periods in 2015 and in 2016 when he worked on my house. His work is shoddy. He did not correctly install flashing over each of seven windows, installing lightweight aluminum flashing over the siding. This work had to be removed and replaced with new larger, heavier metal flashing installed under siding that also had to be replaced using my regular contractor at an additional cost, which Paulson refuses to reimburse me for.
