Our experience with Jeff was nothing short of a nightmare. Our first and only request upon meeting Jeff was to get estimates on a few renovation projects in our home. Jeff stated he charged a 75$ fee to give estimates.We were a bit taken back because he was the first out of many contractors to charge a fee to give estimates. We did attempt to pay him on the spot but he declined and said we could pay later. From our initial appointment with Jeff it took over 1 month and several texts and phone calls to finally get an estimate. We specifically requested that he give a break down estimate for each job so that we could budget and make decisions. He was unable to provide that. Further more he handed us a bill which totalled over 5 thousand dollars for the 60 plus hours he worked on giving us estimates! He stated to my husband he makes most of his money charging for estimates. We hired a contractor the next day who gave us easy estimates on the spot and the work was complete in 48 hours!
