    Jerry sucks charged me almost 3500 an my floor still shakes,ordered the wrong floor no comp for the inconvenience,hide your liquor. Called him for follow-up work not even a return call,avoid him at all cost

    This guy is a complete idiot. Booked an appointment with him a month ago to repair the floor. He arrives and gives me a quote for $650, then books the repair for two weeks from then. I reach out to him to confirm two days before the repair date and get absolutely no response from him. Then the day of the scheduled app, his team (not him) arrive 8 hours late (YES ! 8 hours late !) only to tell me that its too late in the day to do the repair (ya think?), then books for two weeks later to do the repair (now it's a month). Two days before the second app. I reach out to confirm with absolutely no response from Jerry again. I text and call mutable time during these two days. Then the night before the app. he texts to say the crew (not him) would be there at 8am. The crew arrives and then Jerry (by phone) informs me that the job will cost $1000 which is $350 more than the original quote. I wasted a month of time with tenants who were forced to deal with unsuitable living conditions while dealing with this angry confused and seemingly mentally ill man who claims he is a floor specialist. This company is ridiculous. Also, claims on their website there is Angie's list logo claiming they are Angie's List certified. Angie's List has absolutely no record of his company on their website. Go elsewhere this company is bogus.
