Very professional and friendly. Up front and accurate on initial cost estimate and changes I made along the way were properly documented with proper cost estimates. Everything was done to make sure it met code. The Contractor was very fluent in English and Spanish. As the build went on I noticed he did NOT cut corners and made sure all work was done properly and to code. I like knowing everything was done right even though I could have used someone else non licensed or bonded and saved a little.
When we had our house inspected for a refinance the home inspector was VERY impressed with his work asked for his contact info so he could use him.
I would highly recommend this contractor. I even used him a year later to build another patio. Quality and craftsmanship was important to me and him.
LOVE the patio.
