Extremely knowledgeable, prompt, and dependable. Very reasonably priced. Necessary steps to complete the project were thoroughly explained. My home was in danger of imploding. House had to be stabilized and then foundation around entire house dug out. One wall was completely rebuilt and tied into existing structure, another fixed. French drains were placed around entire home to deal with ongoing water problems from natural springs and location of home. Prior to having Jim and Lou's Home improvements complete this job, a waterproofing company failed to resolve our water problems. At the end of the project, also had Jim and Lou's H.I, concrete the garage . We're entirely pleased with all phases of the job.
