Jim Baize's electrical work was adequate, but getting his workers to finish the project was exhausting. His workers came one day, supposedly to finish, but instead of using the last hour or so of the day to complete the work, they used that time to strip the copper from the left over wire and left a mess for me to clean up. He actually delayed the completion of the apartment by more than six week. If you hire him, have a part time electrician willing to finish because you will need one.

Jim goes above and beyond with his service. He put in an RV electric box on my property and it worked perfectly for some time. I left and came back and the breaker failed. I was going to travel 1.5 hours to killeen to get a new breaker, but he said he had them and I coul get one from him saving an hour off the drive each way. I went to pick it up and he gave me two and would not take any money for them. Saved my Sunday night and it was when the temps dropped to below freezing that night. Highly recommend him.
