This contractor complained the whole time he was in my home. He had a bad attitude all the way through. When I called about the faucet system in my newly remodeled bathroom coming completely off of the wall, he sent some one to fix it. It started to leak and whistle as soon as he left. The hot and cold hook ups are reversed. He will not return my calls. He says that it is the faucet that is to blame. I have a friend who is handy who pulled the system apart to replace it. There was a screw not properly tightened causing damage to the system. When the pipes were accessed to disconnect them, they were soldered into place. This voids the warrenty on the faucet system and causes pipes to be cut . The pieces that should have been there have to be purchased and installed. All of this on top of having a leaky faucet at about 35 gallons per hour and non stop, whole house loud whistle and having to shut the water off to my newly remodeled bathroom except when in immediate use. Being that the shut off is in the basement, this is a real pain in the behind. Especially with all the kids in the house!!!!!!

He just cares about how much money he can make in the shortest amount of time, even if it means not finishing a project properly. It's all about his wants, needs, and time frame. Not yours.
