Did not live up to promises and consistently missed deadlines. Unresponsive to phone inquiries and or text messages when deadlines were missed and work was not complete. He is totally unreliable and has lost me a great deal of money because of his unprofessional behaviour. Do not hire this plumber if you have major repairs.

We have had Jim do work on our homes. He has helped us out not only at the last minute but kind and courteous, neat & clean as well. . He doesn't overcharge either. I would refer him in a heartbeat. The working mans plumber. We haven't had any problems with anything he has worked on.
