    Communication seems to be a HUGE problem for this contractor. Patterson Const. initially accepted our job with no caveats. We waited and called, no response. Finally, Patterson indicated we were two months out. Given Covid and Supply Chain i told Patterson 'ok'... just keep us in the loop. After two months of waiting, with no updates what-so-ever, for Patterson to start framing we were given a commitment to start within the next week. We let down our guard, accepted the excuse, and looked forward to starting the project. Again, Patterson failed to show up and despite many multiple calls from our General Contractor and us to Patterson we NEVER received a phone call. We will never know if this contractor is capable, and i'm sure the supply chain issues in the USA were problematic, but this Veteran understands incompetency when he sees it and for sure Patterson Const is incompetent. We flooded their answering machine with requests for info but no call-back was received. After leaving some bitter messages they finally replied with short email stating "we cannot do it". Run away like you are on fire !!
