I called Jim to replace a pet screen on my sliding patio door. He was on time and had great communication. Not only did he come out to my house in a timely manner, he replaced the screen and was able to secure it much better in the frame than did the previous company, and he also lubricated the wheels in the frame. We have a bulldog/beagle combination dog that is VERY strong...No match for the new screen!!! Jim and his son are very professional and I would highly recommend them! Very reasonable priced too, especially for making a house call!
