A guy named Marvin Arthur with JIOS A/C & Heating comes to my home charging that infamous service fee. of He was much to casual, unprofessional and borderline inappropriate with his comments. I found his technical knowledge of HVAC to be very limited and his jargon consisted of a bunch of hogwash. He tried to to tell me that I needed a brand new system to the tune of $9K. I quickly got a second opinion and the technician who represented that company came and simply replaced two minor components stemming from a small leak. Cut to: 2 hours later; Me sitting in a nice cool house and only out of a fraction of the cost JIOS originally quoted me.
