We hired JJ Bakosh for a bathroom renovation. Although this company says they offer a two-year guarantee on their work, they will point fingers back to you saying things were not their fault and it was either existing issues before they arrived, or you caused the damage yourself.
Two examples include a non-functioning pocket door and a rust stain on my brand-new quartz counters. The door pocket shares the same wall of our bathtub where they put in new drywall and tiling. After realizing the door didn't work properly (no longer smooth glide, doesn't close all the way, and has scratch marks on one side), I brought this to their attention. The owner, Joe, claims that it probably didn't work prior to their renovation and must be bowed. For the stain, Joe did not take any blame for the tools they left on my counter and blamed us that we added water to it which caused the stain. He did come back to remove the stain, however, once the stain was removed, I could feel that the smooth finish had been buffed away leaving an exposed rough patch. Upon bringing this up, Joe blamed the quality of my countertop and said the soap dispenser sitting there probably removed the finish from the exact location of the stain. He left telling me that he would not repair the rough patch.
If you choose to hire this company, I suggest documenting everything working and not working via video and documenting daily throughout the process. I would also suggest that you advise them daily exactly how you would like things done otherwise they will take the liberty to do it the way they think best. I learned my lesson from hiring JJ Bakosh and will probably do this for future renovations.
