I hired Jesse to install flooring in my Preschool. He also installed some cabinets and did a few minor repairs. We were so please we also hired him to install kitchen cabinets, install new kitchen light fixtures and some drywall patching. He was punctual every day he was on the job, had all the tools he needed at the job and he is pleasant and trustworthy. I will be hiring him again and again. Honest, reliable and does great work. What more can you ask for? Two thumbs up!!

Jesse Mason was hired by Lowe's Home improvement store to install our $11,000 fence. He sent Don Crew to do the installation. Not only did they install substandard product they failed to install the drop rod on a 12ft gate though they were paid to do so and we are paying for that product and installation. Don Crew took 2 weeks to substandardly install the fence and also brought his 12 year old to the construction sight and made him help install the fence. Both Jesse and Don took gifts from us in the form of bunnies for their kids though being paid by Lowe's. After complaining to this company, we were threatened with harassment and informed to contact Lowe's. We are now stuck with paying for an $11,000 that has no working gate while we battle it out with Lowe's. Jesse never even examined the fence after completing the job nor did Don Crew clean up any debris. They no longer are contracted with Lowe's and we strongly advise no one to hire JL MASON CONTRUCTION for any installations.
Two disabled veterans who desperately needed a privacy fence to help with our PTSD and give us a sense of "security" threatened with harassment for complaining to JL MASON CONSTRUCTION a completely shameful company.
