Joe Gries dealt with me personally no sales reps or pressure i simply made one phone call explained my needs and he met with me the same day, He was very detailed with his information and answered my every question. If you are anything like me you have a ton of questions before you allow some one to perform work on your home, he was patient and knowledgeable he did a perfect job on my windows and siding i couldn't be more happy! I must include i had cheaper estimates i went with Joe because he made me feel comfortable although he was not the cheapest he was not the most expensive and as i thought he was the best choice for me. Thank You Joseph for a wonderful job!!! Mrs Albright

I spoke with Mr. Gries over then phone as he responded to my application for assistance in obtaining a new roof for my home. Unfortunately I live in New York State and Mr. Gries works and is licensed to work in Penn. He was gracious enough to call and patiently explain the process and why he's unable to assist me due to the fact I live in New York State, it has to do with insurance and licensure rules. The fact the he personally called instead of sending an impersonal e-mail was greatly appreciated, as (this is just my own personal opinion) taking the time to speak with someone is so much more kinder and lets me know that people still can slow down enough and be human. I hiered joe to put a new porch roof on my house. Joe was very straight foward and explained every part of the job he was going to do.he gave me a good price and was done in a timely manor.this roof looks great and he gave me a 10 year guarantee. Highley recomended. Thanks joe!!
