BEWARE!! JMS started building our home in January of 2019. It was supposed to take 8 months. By October of 2020, he was more than $100000 over budget and still hadn't completed the outside of the house. Worse, the basement was leaking in multiple places. He strung us along for over a year saying he would fix the leaks, but never did. Then he refused to respond. Now the wall is failing. I had to get a lawyer to get his attention, now he has a million excuses and still refuses to take any responsibility. There's so much more...
