When selling my home. The appraiser required a couple of minor things to be done Mr Sharpe, was hired by the buyer to do minor repair, replace shingles, paint about 16inch x 16 inch area. (He tagged on 15.00 from Ark. Glass, which they did the estimate and came a day later and installed). Added 90.00 for paint which I provided. Another 35 00 for trash removal, which I pd. someone that actually did it 2days later. And to boot 400.00 in labor. Way overpriced!! That's the hire my good buddy deal!! He can save me money. Stick it to the woman in a wheelchair!!! . How crooked is that. There was a new receipt made and the FAKE CHARGES were removed.

I had Jodi sharp do a job for me. He built a deck and put on a metal roof. The deck is leaking where it meets the roof it is ruining all of the lumber. I have called him several times and ask him to please come and fix it. He refuses to honor and stand behind his work. And now I am out of pocket to have someone else fix it. We paid you good money Jody. You should be ashamed of your work. Review posted by Willie fulmer.
