Through my first and only communication with Joe Mitchell I found him to be rude, offensive, and unprofessional. When discussing the pay rates I can afford, Joe was apparently offended and literally told me to "f**k off". I've never been treated like this in all the years I've been in business. I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with him. He is clearly is not only unprofessional but is an unstable person in general. Not someone you want to be doing business with.
