    This guy is a disaster. He did a basic shower job for us 9 years ago and the whole thing has flooded, rotting out the central part of our house. It all needs to be ripped out and redone. You can expect drama, shoddy workmanship and a hack who really only cares about how much money he can get you for. We had similar complaints from other people who have used him.

    Typrowicz Home Improvement has been a Godsend for our family, and our home. Contractors can be like physicians or mechanics, a good one is worth their weight in gold. Joe Typrowicz has quite literally undone many thousands of dollars in rookie mistakes that other contractors have performed in our home here in Longmeadow. Joe's assessments of the required repairs were to the point, and spot on. The final tally from Typrowicz Home Improvement differed only minimally from the initial quote, with any variance explained well in advance, and cleared with us, the homeowners. Joe Typrowicz and crew have been nothing but professional, and perform quality work on several projects in our home. We would not hesitate to call them back at moments notice for additional work, and they are now on speed dial on my home and mobile phone. As a severe asthmatic with many allergies, Joe and crew took all reasonable precautions to curb any reactions while performing mold abatement and water damage restorations that cover the majority of our first floor... no small feat. I am not sure what the previous reviewer is getting at, as these folks are as wonderful as they come, and we count our blessings for having been introduced to such an honest crew with such wonderful attention to detail. Keep up the good work, and we will be sure to call you folks with our next renovation. Signed, another satisfied customer.

    I have worked with Joe on several jobs in the Longmeadow MA area. In my honest opinion Joe is not worth the aggravation. He may or may not know what he is doing on the job but he has in every case I've seen caused job disruptions and caused disharmony between the various trades. He has caused both plumbers and several electricians to walk-off the job.. Joe causes arguments without reason and is at times his own worst enemy.. Look elsewhere to get a quality job done on time at a fair price..
    IMO,,, This guy is bad news..
