  I reached out to Joe’s Plumbing Inc after I was unable to find the plumbers I had previously used. I found him on google, he had great reviews, and was local. He came out, suggested we change all the parts in my toilet or replace my toilet because it was flushing really slow and bubbling. It was either spend the $350 on that or $500 plus install for a new toilet so I went with the less expensive option. That didn’t correct the problem, so Joe said we needed to rod the main line. He came out two days later, rodded from the front lawn to the street and then from the front lawn to the toilet. It cost me another $435. The toilet was flushing so I thought the clog was cleared. A couple days later the same problem was happening again. Called Joe, scheduled an appointment, sent a text and no response for 2 days. By this time none of the toilets were flushing. I called another plumber out who was the one I originally was trying to track down and found them. They came out, opened the valve in my basement wall, rodded out the main pipe from inside the house and pulled out a ton of roots that were missed because Joe didn’t rod from inside the house out. It cost me another $380. I asked Joe to do the right thing and refund me the $380 because had he had done this to begin with I wouldn’t have been in this position and no responses as usual. He had no problem responding within minutes before I paid him but now that the checks were cashed nothing… I am honestly disgusted that he didn’t do the stand up thing and refund me the additional cost I was out, especially since he charged me so much already that was unnecessary. I provided him with my receipt and pictures to also back up everything but clearly he doesn’t stand behind his work once the check clears. I do however highly recommend Windy City Rooters for all your plumbing needs!
