  Had a few things done on my roof and siding on a couple different occasions. I was pretty satisfied with the work and the time it took. I would of gave him 5 stars if it weren't for his having to postpone the last job by a couple of days because his work truck broke down.

  I should have taken the recommendation from Larry, who give this guy very low rate.

  This XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXty guy promised to do some work for the gutters when we sign the contract for the roof. But later on, not only did he not keep the promise to do the work once had the payment, but also damaged our gutter while he tried to do the roof work. He denied repairing the gutter and other small things he damaged.
  He promised to do anything before the payment, and suddenly changed to another person once payment be been made. Shame on you! Mr. Breneman. No ethic for the business.

  People, take my recommendation. DO NOT USE THIS GUY, JOHN BRENEMAN, or you will regret!!

  John renovated my basement last year and he far exceeded my expectations. He does beautiful work. He turned my damp, drafty basement into a beautiful/comfortable living area, and for far less than two contractor estimates I had gotten. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and his concern for my being completely satisfied with the finished basement. Additionally, he works diligently; he had finished the entire basement (including a bathroom) in less than 2 weeks (a week early). People are always impressed when they see my basement, particularly the woodwork. I’m constantly recommending him to my friends and family.

  Mr. Breneman was hired to do a roof job and took our deposit which was 50% of the total job. He did not start in a timely fashion and after repeated phone calls he stated if he wouldn't have the job started by the weekend he would give us our check back and we could get someone else. We did just that but he refused to give us our deposit back even though he had no materials purchased for the job. We used Mr. Breneman for many jobs, why would he do this? Well needless to say we have not been making referrals or will ever be using his services again. Shame on him!!!
