I hired John to put a modular on a foundation for me. He also put a new sand mound in for me. He was a hard worker, always cheerful and was there every day until the job was done. He had to clear the land and then build a foundation for the modular. It was a thing of beauty, as the walls had to be at least 4 foot high. It was done right and on time. He was $10 grand less than the others for the sand mound. The inspector never found anything he did not like as it progressed. Highly recommended.
