    Exhausting and the attitude was NOT professional. We purchased a home that he bought in our park. When asked to lightly repair things falling apart his job was sloppy, incomplete and definitely. NOT professional. He did not respond to calls or letters. We found out he was working under a SUSPENDED LICENSE at the time. Roofs he's repaired and many neighbors will not have him near them. We find him still working around here and ARE quite frankly shocked. He charges an arm and a leg. I cannot recommend him at all. He is recommended by our management to seniors and I think it is terrible to be subjected to this type of behavior and work.

    I had the worst experience with John Sharp. His communications skills and professionalism are subpar and he actually said my job was not worth a lot of money and time so he got two guys to do a quick job... The paint job definitely showed how little he valued this job: it pains me to see paint splatter on my new hardwood floors and tile, mirrors (yes! Even on my mirrors) and scratches on my hardwood floors from the painters dragging a sliding door across the floor. He sent one guy back weeks later to do touch up paint but the sloppy job from the first time diddle the damage. He also failed to listen to my request for white ceilings and painted ALL the walls and ceiling one color. I should have known it was going to be bad when he didn't even get the right paint color correct - thank goodness I thought to check the paint color before they started.
