    Simple toilet repairs

    Plumbing Contractor in Los Altos

    John rescheduled our first appointment four times. He calls a few minutes after he is supposed to be here to say that he is running late and would like to reschedule for another day. He seems truly disorganized and has poor calendar management. When he finally got here, he said he works on a fixed price basis. Though I needed a simple change of the toilet plunger, he recommended a full rebuild of all the toilet's working parts for a fixed price of $100. I requested that he simply change the plunger which he did in a matter of seconds. We then made a follow up appointment to change the cartridge in a shower and replace a tub spout for today at 10:30. Though I reconfirmed the appointment with him two days ago, it is now after noon and I have not seen him or heard from him. I'd have to say he is the least reliable contractor I have ever worked with.

    John Rivera seems like a really upright person and is very practical. I have added him to my contacts if I ever need a plumber. I ended up not needing him or another plumber as the first time I called him he walked me through some steps to try over the phone before he came over. Awesome!
