Mr. Sarappa does not return client phone calls in a timely fashion. He does not follow up with clients when necessary. It has taken two weeks to have a repair done and it is STILL unfinished. When he does answer the phone he is rude, unprofessional, and uses crude language. I would recommend turning to any other septic company because this one will leave you unsatisfied and offended.
